Kathleen Coffey Steimel, RN, BSN – CEO and Co-Founder
Kathleen has been a registered nurse for over 30 years and has extensive clinical experience in acute medical care, ER, ICU, visiting nursing, private duty, geriatric care management, and has worked as a Patient Advocate at a major NYC hospital.
Kathleen has focused most of her career in community health, where she has wide ranging experience as a clinical nursing supervisor, encompassing health promotion, disease prevention, coordination of services and management of complex health care needs for clients with acute and chronic illness. Her private duty work for high profile clients has focused on providing advocacy, and delivering the highest level of professional nursing care with kindness and compassion while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Her extensive knowledge led to her appointment to the NYS Early Intervention Coordinating Council which was responsible for planning and implementing a State-wide program to provide services to those with disabilities. Her combination of clinical nursing and patient advocacy has given her a deep personal understanding of the critical role of private duty nursing and the impact a caring and professional nurse has on the life of the patient and family.
Margaret Weber, RN, BSN – President and Co-Founder
Margaret has over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse in various hospital and community settings including the Intensive Care Unit, Recovery and Emergency Rooms. Community positions in home-care and hospice have enhanced her comprehension of the requirements of patients in a non-hospital setting.
She has extensive experience in facilitated care coordination services including disease management programs which involved educating, motivating and empowering clients to manage their disease.
Margaret’s years of experience in these fields have given her a unique perspective in delivering excellent home nursing care for prestigious families and distinguished individuals all over the United States.
